Dr. Guy Rofe (ד״ר גיא רופא)
ד”ר גיא רופא הינו מוסמך בגינקולוגיה ומיילדות ומתמחה בניתוחים גינקולוגיים זעיר פולשניים, לרבות ניתוחים, אנדוסקופיות והיסטרוסקופיות. הוא מנהל לשעבר של המרכז לבריאות האישה “ליס” במרכז הרפואי סוראסקי-איכילוב תל אביב ומהווה חלק מצוות הרופאים הבכירים במחלקה למיילדות וגינקולוגיה וצוות היחידה לאנדוסקופיה גינקולוגית. כמו כן, עוסק במחקר בכל תחומי פעילותו ומלמד בפקולטה לרפואה. ד”ר רופא בוגר בהצטיינות יתרה בפקולטה לרפואה של הטכניון, עבר התמחות בגינקולוגיה בבית החולים כרמל והשתלמויות

תחומי התמחות: היסטרוסקופיה: היסטרוסקופיה למטרות אבחון (ללא הרדמה), איתור וטיפול בפתולוגיות רחם במסגרת חקירת בעיות פוריות, כריתת פוליפים ושרירנים ברחם, הפרדת מחיצת הרחם, טיפול בדימום מוגבר ברחם, כולל אבלציה של אנדומטריום והפרדה של הידבקויות תוך רחמיות. ניתוחים בשיטה הלפרוסקופית: כריתת רחם, חקירת אי פוריות וסיבות להפלות חוזרות, כריתת שחלות והסרת חצוצרות, כריתת ציסטה בשחלה, כריתת שריר הרחם, קשירת חצוצרות, תיקון גדם נרתיק צניחת ואנדומטריוזיס. ניתוחים בנרתיק: כריתת רחם בגישה נרתיקית, תיקון צניחת אברי האגן, תיקון בריחת שתן, תיקון קרום הבתולים, ניתוח פלסטי בנרתיק. תכנון המשפחה: מעקב הריון, הפסקת הריון (באמצעות גרידה או רפואה), התקנת התקנים תוך רחמיים למניעת הריון.

Dr. Guy Rofe (ד״ר גיא רופא) is board certified in gynecology and obstetrics and specializes in minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including surgeries, endoscopies, and hysteroscopies. He is the former director of the Women’s Health Center “Lis” at the Sourasky-Ichilov Tel Aviv Medical Center and is constitutedpart of the team of senior doctors in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the team of the Gynecological Endoscopy Unit. He is also involved in research in all his fields of activity and teaches at the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Rofe graduated summa con laude from the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion, underwent a residency in gynecology at the Carmel Hospital, and further training in the field of advanced oncological laparoscopy in Abellino, Italy.
Areas of expertise: Hysteroscopy: hysteroscopy for diagnostic purposes (without anesthesia), detection and treatment of uterine pathologies as part of investigating fertility problems, excision of uterine polyps and fibroids, separation of the uterine septum, treatment of increased uterine bleeding, including ablation of the endometrium and separation of intrauterine adhesions. Operations using the laparoscopic method: hysterectomy, investigation of infertility and reasons for repeated miscarriages, oophorectomy and fallopian tube removal, ovarian cyst resection, uterine fibroidectomy, tubal ligation, repair of prolapsed vaginal stump and endometriosis. Vaginal surgeries: hysterectomy with a vaginal approach, repair of prolapse of the pelvic organs, repair of urinary incontinence, repair of the hymen, plastic surgery on the vagina. Family planning: pregnancy monitoring, termination of pregnancy (by scraping or medicinal methods), installation of intrauterine devices to prevent pregnancy.
